Mexican Lager

Chef Ricardo, who’s specialty is authentic Mexican cuisine, says it is the best damn beer he’s ever had and is personally responsible for about half the sales from each batch we produce. The heirloom blue corn we source from Barton Springs Mill turns the color of this beer a deep copper with incredible purple hues. The blue corn flavor is crisp, bright, and sweet. Chef Ricardo recommends pairing it with everything on the menu.
