Prickly Pear Collab

Not a year has passed that Gino and I haven’t gathered prickly pears and experimented with them in some way. Prickly pears have an earthy, sweet melon flavor and an unmistakable purple/red color. After brewing so many of these beers, we felt it would be great to push the limits of our imaginations by asking some of our friends in the industry to help come up with innovative ways to brew with this fruit. Each year we will collaborate with a local brewery to bring a new and interesting perspective to this seasonal.
