Beerburg was founded in 2020 by Trevor Nearburg as a family-owned brewery and restaurant focused on using native Texas ingredients in its “Wildcrafted” beers. Custom-built on 15 acres along Fitzhugh Road between Austin and Dripping Springs, the venue features an indoor taproom, shaded beer garden, and a porch with stunning sunset views.
From the beginning, Trevor was joined by Gino and Zach, who had worked with him at the historic Uncle Billy’s brewpub, to help create Beerburg’s unique atmosphere. Over the next 4 years, Beerburg would serve as a staple in the community for good beer, good food, and most of all good vibes. However, in early 2024, the decision was made to reduce the operating vision for the space and convert the facility to a private event venue while staying true to its roots of nature-crafted experiences and Texas Hill Country hospitality.
Trevor moved to Oregon, passing leadership to his twin brother Ross, who has deep experience in the brewing industry and project management. Ross now manages the venue alongside new events manager Kellee Fuller, Head of Brewing Gino Guerrero, and Kitchen / Facilities Manager Zach Stirling.
We’re excited to bring your events to life and share our venue with you. Thank you for learning about Beerburg, and we hope to see you soon!
