IPA

Not quite west coast, but leaning in that direction with a touch of
New Zealand hops. Our IPA is extremely light in body and color, focusing
entirely on the clean citrus and subtle tropical aromas from the hops. We even
skip the early bittering addition and pack the boil kettle full of hops in the last
20 minutes, really driving home the hoppy goodness without over the top
bitterness.
