We are a little South of Austin, about halfway to Dripping Springs and tucked back on one of the Hill Country’s most iconic roads featuring breweries, distilleries, and many other local businesses.

What days can we book, and what are your hours of operation with respect to my reservation?

Beerburg is available for private event bookings Wednesday through Saturday. A reservation is for 8 hours, including 2 hours of setup and 1 hour of breakdown. Your reservation can be flexible with respect to start time, but all events must be over at midnight.

How much does it cost to book at Beerburg, and what comes with it?

The first-tier package rental at Beerburg starts at $3,000, accommodates between 25-45 guests, and includes an 8-hour reservation of our flexible space, full access to the tap room, beer garden, outside porch, and enclosed children and dog parks, as well as in-house catering and bar services, guided tours and tastings, audiovisual equipment, and a supportive staff ready to make your event unforgettable. Additional options for expanded beer and ice cream menus, as well as specialized tastings and packaged beer, can add additional cost.

What's the max number of guests you can handle?

Beerburg’s indoor Tap Room has a capacity of 128 people but the property can accommodate an unrestricted number of guests in the Beer Garden and out into the field. We have hosted festivals and events of up to 2,000 people, but please make sure to have a coordinator ready if you plan to have a blowout!

If I'm having a wedding at Beerburg, is there a space for me to get ready?

Although Beerburg doesn’t have specific accommodations for wedding prep, our VIP area can be isolated with temporary screens if you need a private space.

Is the restaurant at Beerburg (Taqueria Violeta) still open?

No, the kitchen at Beerburg has been converted to an in-house catering kitchen for events only. Currently, Beerburg is offering a limited menu featuring classic Tex-Mex items, vegetarian-friendly bites, and self-serve buffet options.

What’s the parking situation?

The main parking area at Beerburg fits 100 cars. We have 4 ADA accessible parking spaces and 4 loading/drop-off zones at the paved entry at the front entrance.  We can also accommodate overflow parking in our open field.

What if it rains, gets too cold, or is 1,000 degrees in the Texas heat of August?

If you planned to have your event outside, but the weather starts to look a little wild, the primary structure at Beerburg includes a 3,500+ sqft climate controlled main area, maintained at comfortable temps year-round and perfect for a quick switch over in bad weather.
